1. Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellation by Client

  • Consultation Services: If you wish to cancel a consultation service, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this period.
  • Counselling and Application Services: For services related to counselling, university applications, visa assistance, or documentation, cancellations must be requested before the service has commenced. Once the service is initiated, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.

Cancellation by My Dream Admit

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or service unavailability. In such cases, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed based on the type of service purchased and the timing of the cancellation. Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Consultation Services: If a consultation is cancelled by the client at least 48 hours before the scheduled session, a full refund will be provided.
  • Counselling and Application Services: Refunds for counselling or application services will only be issued if the service has not yet commenced. If the service has already started, no refunds will be granted.
  • Visa Assistance: Visa assistance services are non-refundable once the visa application process has been initiated.

Non-refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or delivered:

  • University Application Processing: Fees for university applications, submission of documents, and SOP/LOR writing are non-refundable once submitted.
  • Visa Submission: Once visa forms are completed and submitted, no refunds will be issued.
  • Pre-departure Assistance: Pre-departure assistance services such as travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and banking services are non-refundable after being confirmed.

3. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for Refund Request

Once we receive your request, our team will review the case and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
